Everything that used to live here is in one place, along with a great deal that was not here before.

The Trial Preparation Library is now open to members: 257 one-page sheets across evidence and hearsay, depositions, expert witnesses, trial skills, motions in limine and jury selection. One page per point, written to be printed and taken into court. Videos are going up sheet by sheet.

The four courses have been rebuilt as well. Each one now carries its own workbook, written to that course, in the order the course takes: the rules each lesson turns on with the code sections, the cases it discusses, a checklist you can use in practice, and ruled space for your own notes.
