The membership opens every course on the site: California Evidence 101, the Deposition Skills Clinic, Expert Witness Academy and Business Trial Academy. Four hours of California MCLE credit each — sixteen in total — plus everything added to the member library while you are a member.

Self-paced, on demand, and on any device. Most people do not start at lesson one; they start with the problem in front of them and come back for the rest.

What you are agreeing to

• $99 a month, renewing at that price until you cancel.
• Cancel from your own account, whenever you want. You do not have to contact us and you do not have to speak to anyone. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Thirty days to change your mind. If the membership is not worth what you paid, tell us within thirty days of subscribing and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify one.
